The new CBS series features CEO’s of top companies taking regular jobs in their company and seeing who the really hard workers are. So far all the employees have been good examples, so we haven’t seen the case where the big boss finds out someone’s skimming off the top…that will be must see TV.
Check out this interview featuring Waste Management President Larry O’Donnell who rode on one of his company’s trucks with a woman who is so busy she has to pee in a can.

This show is great. I really enjoyed watching it. Even though its a marketing stunt for the company- I feel like the top executives are really seeing sides of their company they have always ignored. Good show! I wanna keep on watching.
I actually saw it and it was great… loved it when the manager almost got chewed out because some employees were clocking in 3 minutes late and he would reprimand them.
i dont get how they dont figure out you are undercover with all the cameras around
because he went as someone else who was filming a documentary. Most people don’t know who is running a company they just come for a paycheck.
I really liked this show. Some bosses never have to lift a finger with their companies. This is why I like FedEx because most people who have management programs end up working the truck first and then a promotion. I don’t know how it is for President or anything.

If this ain’t a lesson in “you don’t always know who you’re dealing with so you need to do the right thing” I don’t know what is. You’ll never catch me acting a complete fool with my co-workers. I don’t know if they’ll end up being my boss or if I’ll end up being theirs.
