This morning basketball star Jayson Williams was sentenced to 5 years in jail for his role in the shooting of his limo driver back in 2002. Under the terms of the sentencing, he will not be eligible for parole until 18 months. Trouble seemed to keep finding Williams where back in January he was arrested in New York City for driving drunk on the FDR highway.

Seems like this case has been going on for FOREVER! I know he’s tired and ready to move on. Since 2002!!!! Geeez!!!!!
he’s crying because of the jail time, not the act. he should have plead and done this little time years ago like a man if he was so concerned and remorseful.
sounds sincere to me. he f’ed up and he knows it. he continues to f-up but he seems to know he’s a f-up…. what else can he do except acknowledge it and appologize.
