What’s the point of wearing pants, if you’re junk is obviously, blatantly exposed, for the whole world to see? This might work at a nudist resort, but, again, what would be the point.
Not only that, if you were caught out in public by the Police, you’d get arrested for indecent exposure, fined & possibly jailed, & then you’d have to register as a sex offender. So, you’d be in the same category as Herbert “the Pervert”, Chester “the Molester” & Catholic Priests. Not cool… not cool at all.
Basically, whoever made this outfit needs to lay off the drugs… & they need their ass beat.
