No telling no if it was an accident or if the Killer Whale was attacking. Check out this video of some of the sheriff’s spokesperson saying there was “no foul play” from the whale and some parks people giving a statement about the 40 year old woman’s tragic accident. Sad.
The whale in the incident has killed one person in the past and in another incident someone was found in his tank with bite marks.

Dumbasses. If a person kills a whale they go to jail. A whale kills a person and it’s all good. Then it kills another person and there is still ‘no foul play’. When do animal rights get stupid?
