I think Common said it best, “if I don’t like it, I don’t like it. That don’t mean that I’m hatin’.” That being said, I like the Rude Boy joint. But PEOPLE…just because people get tired of Rih, or Bey for that matter, it doesn’t mean that they’re hatin. There IS a thing called over-saturation. PLEASE understand what it means. Layman’s terms – Even the fans that like you start to get tired of you after a while (otherwise known as “marginal threshold” – when you had so much of one thing that having it one more time has no added value than the time before it.
Get objective people….you might find that it stretches the industry and creates room for other artists that you might love equally as much. and wouldn’t 2 different artists that you liked equally as much make you happier? smh…
