This new world. After performing a playful lap dance in front of a crowd of about 100 students at a pep rally two teachers from Churchill High School in Canada have been suspended for a week with no pay. Damn kids and their phones with YouTubes – 500,000 views in two days!

Yes, they should’ve been suspended. Teachers can’t be as irresponsible as the kids they’re leading.

They obviously made an error in judgment. Being susepended was the right punishment for something that, while inappropriate, didn’t put any one of the students in danger. For these teachers, with the added embarassment of having everyone in their school, and the internet, gossiping about them, I think it’s punishment enough.

churchill is an inner city school. the teachers won’t get fired.
There are so many places and instances where that is completely appropriate. However, none of those places or instances involve a school, or children. Maybe a bachelor party or something.. Whoa
