Did you hear about the guy who just had a shoot out at the pentagon? He was upset with the government and had podcasts and stuff but referred to being arrested in 2006 for growing marijuana. John Patrick Bedell said in a podcast “Given my belief that cannabis prohibition is the least defensible and most unjust aspect of the prohibitionist regime existing throughout the world today, I decided in March 2006 to cultivate cannabis in full view of the world,”- from cnn.com. Check out the news, he showed up at the pentagon gate dressed in a suit and opened fire on the guards. The guy was crazy. I doubt they will legalize it anytime soon because it would replace 80% or more of the prescription drugs on the market and we cant have that with the big business of healthcare. Well Obama asked those “coons” to help him get the youth vote in swing states during the election. Jay has had a good rapport with the President that goes back to when he was a U.S. Senator. And nobody said Barack had an hour long domestic policy meeting with them.

I get SUPER excited when a regular person, who works a 9-5 or two or three gets to meet the President. I get SUPER excited when a child get’s to meet the President. I get excited when someone who is elderly and has witnessed Presidents from decades before get to meet the 1st black President in their lifetime….
I do NOT however, get super excited when a celeb, who HAS connections to do so, can meet the President. It seems easier for them than the average working American…Let’s see them try to FLEX their popularity and go set up a meeting to meet a King or Queen…and I aint talking no Elizabeth either! lol!

I don’t understand why people are so shocked and appalled. Kevin, B, and Jay were personally asked by Obama to help him during elections. The celebrities that have had private White House “meetings” are usually those who helped him to get elected. As for Jay in particular, he’s had a relationship with Obama that dates back to his Senate years. They’ve hosted private fund raisers for his campaign. And Barack has said many times before that he is a fan of both. I’m surprised it didn’t happen earlier. As far as Trey, that was a bandwagon move, but who would turn down the opportunity?
And seriously it’s not like Barack just dropped a public policy meeting to go wipe dirt off his shoulders with Jay. He just stopped in to say high since HE INVITED THEM TO THE WHITE HOUSE.
