Chris Brown made a plea to his fans on one of his websites to call their local radio stations and start requesting his music because his songs are not being played and he won’t be able to continue on as an artist if this keeps on. NEVER thought we would hear Chris trying to get on the radio like this….do you feel sorry for him???
What would be the best way for C Breezy to make a full comeback to the scene?

I think its terrible how Radio stations are not playing his music. I think Chris Brown fans should start boycotting the radio soon to show them our presence and Strength

I don’t feel sorry for him becuase he never seemed to really get it. Yes, it would be wonderful if all of us could fuck up big time, apologize and move on without incident. But thats not the world we live in and Chris nor his people seem to understand that.
maybe he should really take some time off. i kinda feel bad for the kid, but he is still very young and very talented, he has time to regain his spotlight. i just hate how people are acting like he is the first celebrity to ever do this.

i’m torn on this. we were discussing him in class the other day. i think everyone should get a second chance but… idk hes really not that great of a person. and fans want to believe their idols are superhuman… not superhuman in strength if that power is going to be used to beat up a woman in some random street and leave her there to fend for herself. like seriously its a year later but still it is chilling that if her screams weren’t so loud that residents had to call the cops he would still be on top.

Chris, grow a pair of balls man. Why do you always complain when you think folks are buying or supporting your shit. There is no one out there trying to “get you”. Just do you. When Rihanna came back out alot of people were not feeling her new “dark” music. So radio was not feeling it like that…she aint call on her fans to do shit or change her style. She just did her and kept it moving…and her fans supported, all 3 singles in top 10 and Rude boy bout to be 1. Yes, there is a double standard but dont act like you dont know that, you hit a women( and in your case beat her down) you gon pay the time man. Dont matter how much she beat you, thats just the way it is! GET OVER IT, and do something else.
I’m having a hard time feeling sorry for dude. But I definitely believe in second chances. However, it’s not up to the offender to decide if, when, or on what terms his second chance will given. And even with a second chance, I think Chris’ career & image have been perminently damaged to the point where a full comback will be extremely hard and highly unlikely for him. This is probably it for dude. He only has himself to blame.

Exactly, the problem with Chris is people did’nt feel sympathetic for him bcuz his speeches weren’t very genuine, it seemed like he apologized for the sake of his career rather than actually being apologetic for what he actually did. Plus people were to caught up in the whole Rihanna thing so they totally abandoned his music. He came back way to quick, and said his album was gonna be incredible, well i missed the incredible part, bcuz this album was’nt all that good. Chris should have allowed the public and himself some time off, i blame his label also for rushing out his music when the public was’nt ready.

Its kinda effed up that he’s practically begging considering how successful he was, but u know what I think this is good for him. I don’t think he knew it would be this bad. The fact that he put an album out so quickly, and almost cocky abt it (#s wise) proves he didn’t think it would be this bad. He thought people would just get over it as fast as he did. Till this day I don’t think he recognizes how bad his actions were. The public seems to be teaching him the lesson.
He’s got to just keep going. He said he is doing all he can, he just needs to be patient and keep praying. Things don’t change overnight, but in time, people will come around and start to focus on his talent again and not just the scandal. But this is the first album so people are still reacting. Either that or he needs to come with undeniably STRONG music and people will be like ” I hate that dude- but this song is my shyyyyyttt!” lol – kinda like “Trapped in the closet”…

personally I think Rhianna deserved the beat down but that’s another story altogether…..Chris definitely pulled a bitch nigga move for crying out to his fans for help getting radio play. I don’t think he intended it to come across that way but it did. He probably realizes that now. He needs to stay in his lane, align himself with other successful artists and above all- keep making music. If he does that and keeps himself busy- he’ll be fine and will eventually get that airplay back.
By the time he gets the airplay back he’ll be irrelevant. He knows this, and thats why he’s beggin his fans to help him.

they were talking about this the other day. a major radio station in LA was discussing not playing cbrown anymore and although a lot of people were for it there were still a few people against. no matter what every person has different taste in music and whether they support him or not its their decision, but to be honest i could care less about his music. its not like i cant live without his songs, ive never bought any of his albums, i only buy music from artists i really love and support. and ill be just fine without him.
Rihanna went easy on this boy. if she didn’t agree with the plea bargin his ass would have gone to trial and then probably spend 2-5 years in jail. Just imagine had she file a civil suite for a whole lot of money, she would have won and got a lots of money because of the incident. Imagine if she had sued his ass. Chris should be lucky Rihanna is not a white girl ,he would not have got off so easy. his ass would be in prison for real.
