man… i cant tell if he’s ever serious or just joking and once again making fun of other artists. I had respect for 50 a long time ago be he lost one fan when he started SEEKING attention, SEEKING a way to get people to be interested in him, FORCING his music out, taking shots at other artists, etc etc. THIS IS JUST MY PERSONAL OPINION SO ALL YOU INTERNET COMMENTATORS, JUST TAKE THIS WITH A GRAIN OF SALT. I am not attacking anyone so there’s no reason to get upset, just hear my opinion out. 50 is very self-conscience and I feel that he knows he’s loosing fans so he’s trying to do TOO much. He should just sit down with dre and eminem and make dope music again and focus on himself and the music. Now all of a sudden he’s diving into other genre’s of music? Please, he needs to stop.

point taken. I’m a fan of 50 cent, but not his music, more so his business savvy. I think that he thought acting would have taken off for him quicker than it has. I remember a few years back him saying that he’d only release 4 albums and a greatest hits to fulfill his interscope/shady/aftermath deal and pursue other ventures. Now all of a sudden he’s re-inventing himself? I’m curious to see how it turns out…sounds a little “kanye’ish” to me because Ye’ said he wanted to make 808′s +HB for similar reasons.

50 just doesn’t get it. Guess he’ll just die tryin’ to stay relevant. I can’t fault him for trying. It’s just that, to me, he’s the epitome of the Mad Rapper. I just can’t take dude seriously anymore.

50 is still the man…there is a clear hip-hop division these days, but the problem is that hip-hop isn’t serious anymore, we think that Rick Ross & Nikki Minaj are the best and thats just not true.
