After the latest federal court appeal in the Smith vs. Marshall estate battle – Anna Nicole-Smith’s estate will not be awarded the $474 Million of J. Howard Marshall’s $1.6 Billion dollar fortune she won in a Los Angeles bankruptcy court a few years back. Her daughter Dannielynn stood to receive about $89 Million dollars after the initial granted amount was cut substantially in another round of appeals. Representative of the Smith estate – Kent Richards says he plans to appeal the latest decision of the case which has already been going on for over 15 years.

well to be fair, I don’t really think Ana deserved all that money to begin with.
i concur. i dont think she deserved any of it. she was only married to the man for a year and it was obviously about the cheddar. Good thing the father’s around to support the child like he should with his own money not from that old man’s estate
If the child is legally entitled to the money then she should be paid.
She deserved, she cleaned the old man’s ass, when his own children would not have.
