GM Partners With Segway To Create An Electric Toy Car

by admin on 03/27/2010 · 3 comments

This week in Shanghai General Motors unveiled their plans to develop Electric Networked Vehicles based on the Segway platform which weigh 1,000 pounds, seat two and are perfect for cities with too much traffic and not enough horses. The “cars” will achieve a top speed of 25mph and travel up to 25 miles…

Outlet mall cops will love this!  Don’t expect to see this on your streets any time soon, but would you drive one?

I’m finally starting to see the promise of the future. I would totes drive this, but only in like a small town, and everyone else would have to drive one too. I don’t want to be in the street going 25 mph against some speed warrior.
