um what? She performed Rudy Boy at a Kids Award Show? Nobody said anything huh? And people are giving flack to Beyonce and Lady Gaga for a raunchy video?
well u see u couldnt understand half of what she was singing either. she tried to make it chld friendly, but it was just horrible, she should have performed another song. its kinda hard to change it when the whole song is about dick.
I didn’t understand why she was there anyway. Nickelodeon knows her CD is called Rated R… they know it has an Parental Advisory sticker on it. They push the envelope every year. Remember Brittany Spears performed w/ a bra back in the 90s?

and did anybody else take notice to how terrible the performance sounded? i mean…rihanna is my girl! especially on that rude boy cut! but she was soundin…a bit…hmmm…vocally challenged.
She should not have performed Rude Boy at a kids show. She should have chosen not to do that. She shouldn’t have even have been told not to. Obviously she has no sense and neither does the awards show. And as someone said earlier her album is called rated r. You are making it okay to say these kids can listen to this stuff whether they know what it means or not.
Granted, “Rude Boy” is not for the kiddies, but she did clean it up.
Also, let us not forget that there are a 11, 12, 13-year olds (“tweenies”) doing a lot of grown-up things in this day in age. To some of those kids in the audience, that song, “Rude Boy,” wasn’t raunchy enough!
Ri-Ri’s performance was cool, I don’t think any harm was done.
