Heidi Montag is still on her plastic surgery publicity tour and it’s kinda sad. In this edition the reality star told Ryan Seacrest yesterday that she believes she is the first person in the world to have her back scooped. But you know you can’t believe an attention lover, the Washington Post reports:
According to Dr. Alan Matarasso, a Manhattan plastic surgeon and spokesman for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Montag may be exaggerating a bit about her newly sculpted back. “It may be her interpretation of a procedure we call liposuction of the back or the bra strap area,” said Matarasso in a phone interview this morning. “It will often go from the hips up to the shoulders and is very popular now.”
Usually, says Matarasso, it’s done with a a vibrating “power suction” machine that breaks up the fat under the skin before sucking it out. “[It's a] fairly quick procedure,” said Matarasso. “Maybe 30 – 40 minutes.”
She REALLY wanted that curve. If you were able to change anything about your looks with plastic surgery would you do it?? What???

i change the publics perception of me when i used surgery to make it so i cant have kids no more…does that count??
VASECTOMY FOR THE WIN!
LMAO @ Aleis.
She looks and sounds stupid.
GROSS!
I don’t understand why these surgeries were a necessity. Heidi looked perfectly fine before she went under the knife for ten procedures. Now, she claims she can’t even jog or hug people because of a “back scoop.” It is understandable that the media is relentless over weight issues and will pick at every little flaw, but Heidi didn’t need to do this. Her “lovely husband” should have reminded her of how beautiful she was instead of supporting/encouraging these surgeries.
I think… We ALL would like to change something about ourselves if the procedures weren’t so dangerous. People are forgetting that these procedures are life risking surgeries !!! People die from undergoing the knife. I WISH HER WELL … She is not happy with herself.
Alas, nothing can be done to make these “chicken wing” legs bigger.
We always want what we don’t have.
It’s funny ’cause I asked myself a similar question this morning. I was like “What would I change about myself?”. And despite struggling everyday with my image my answer was “my mindset”. I wouldn’t want to get surgery because that would be lying. That still wouldn’t get to the root of the issue. To the fact that I need to change how I think about myself.
I know, TMI but whatev =)
