Department Of Treasury Debuts New $100 Dollar Bill!

by admin on 04/21/2010 · 4 comments

In an effort to further prevent counterfeiting of US dollars a new design for the $100 dollar bill was unveiled today by the Dept. of Treasury.  The $100 dollar bill is the most popular bill overseas and the easiest to counterfeit prompting the new high tech design.  Among the new security features is a blue ribbon that gives off a 3-D effect of tiny images that can be viewed without holding the bill to the light.  The new $100 dollar bill goes into circulation in February 2011.

Booooooooooo! American Money is so corny. Travel to other countries and see the designs on their money. It may not be worth much but a lot of them have beautiful intricate designs and what not.
