Both Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne have expressed interest in having Johnny Depp play Ozzy in his biopic which as been given the green light to go in to production per Sharon. She says:
“It’s been picked up and it’s going into production. We’re going to make a press announcement hopefully within the next two weeks. [There's no cast] yet, but we have a producer and we have lots of money and we’re all starting.
If Johnny Depp doesn’t agree to do the film… they are also trying to debut a new actor to play Ozzie, with Sharon Osbourne requesting Carey Mulligan to play herself. We’ll see what happens!
