We will be tuned in on Sunday when Conan O’Brien breaks his silence about The Tonight Show scandal with Jay Leno for the first time. Here is the first excerpt from the interview where Conan says he would have never done what happened to him to Jay Leno.
“He went and took that show back and I think in a similar situation, if roles had been reversed, I know– I know me, I wouldn’t have done that,” he told Kroft. “If I had surrendered ‘The Tonight Show’ and handed it over to somebody publicly and wished them well– and then…six months later. But that’s me, you know. Everyone’s got their own, you know, way of doing things.”

it would be funny if all these late night talk show hosts guys went on like a survivor episode and they had to live, like off the rice and water other people live off of, i bet Conan would kick Jay’s ass then. he kind of looks like he has been on Survivor with the beard, or maybe he was an Extra in MIA’s new hostile video.

At this point, I think that they should let it go. Yes, the consensus is that Jay was wrong, but, at the same time, Conan received a nice chunk of change to walk away from this situation. So, in my opinion, he’s no longer the victim. I wish that I could receive millions of dollars, to just walk away, after being let go by a former employer. What a life.
YEah, but it wasn’t Conan’s choice to walk away…he was forced out!! That is the differentce…and if Jay punk ass wasn’t so ready to snatch his former show back…NBC would have been up a creek!
In my opinion, Jay Leno has no scurplous!! That was shady and bad for business…that’s why I don’t watch his wack ass show anymore and his boy is leave!! Karma is a bitch, ain’t it??
