I don’t know if you guys know but they’re speaking portuguese, not spanish. The language they speak in brazil, where she’s from by the way.
Hmmm… I didn’t even know she had a baby??? But snapping back this fast must mean she never put on much to begin with! That baby must be skinny and anorexic as a Mofo’!
Their child isn’t anorexic. Gisele is a high profile celebrity, a slim model at that, and the general weight gain for women in the UK is 17-28 pounds, whereas here it’s about 25-37 pounds if you were at your standard US weight before pregnancy. That is a factor based on your height, wrist circumference, etc. If you are below the standard weight for your height, especially with a severely low bmi, it’s recommended one must gain 28-40. If you are severely over the bmi (obese) before pregnancy, then the recommended weight gain is 15-25 pounds. To breakdown the weight, a child is usually between 7-8lbs, placenta is about 1-2, amniotic fluid is 2lbs, uterus is 2lbs, maternal breast tissue is 2lbs…you get the point.
Gisele had a natural birth and breast feeds. She remained healthy during the pregnancy and provided her body + child, only what the child needed. She didn’t take pregnancy as an excuse to order five Big Mac’s per day and sit on her couch. She was exercising, meditating and following a healthy regiment. Every woman can do this and it doesn’t take millions and the “best doctors.” Follow an appropriate guideline by eating healthy while pregnant as opposed to eating unhealthy during pregnancy. It is much harder to lose if you ate unhealthy during pregnancy than for example someone who remained healthy during pregnancy. So if I go by the images of the child and the images of her as well as her standard weight before pregnancy, she’s fine.
Wow. Not trying to be funny, but are you an Obstetrician or a midwife?
LoL. Neither. I love seeking information, especially since I’m heavily into mental/physical fitness. I have to acquire information for those who may Need said information, so I seek pretty much everything in case it’s required. I know there’s a terrible misconception that a woman must look like Fat Albert when pregnant or her child won’t be healthy. It’s also a terrible misconception that if you see a woman several months after giving birth in great shape, she had cosmetic surgery or something completely untrue. One simply needs to be healthy and exercise.
this is accurate. and it’s true that a lot of women look at pregnancy as an excuse to give into temptation and eat whatever/whenever. in the third world women routinely work – hard field labor and manual labor, right until birth. because the work is physical and manual – it simulates a workout regimen and allows them to keep weight down and therefore physical derangement to a minimum. a woman in the US will have a kid and then look like she got into a fight with a rabid wolverine and lost.
traveling as a student to brazil and southeast asia – it was routine to a see women with 5 or so kids – the hottest fittest women with amazing bodies – no stretch marks, etc. – titties still popping, etc. they never *fall off* so there’s nothing to get back onto.
that said, these diets are indigenous and for the most part are devoid of fast or processed food – and because physical activity is incorporated into daily activities – there is little to no risk of the normal pregnancy problems you see here – like preeclampsia and and other problems like inordinate weight gain.
LoL. “a woman in the US would have a kid and look like she got IMO a fight with a rabid wolverine and lost.” Hilarious and definitely true. I get into…well have been in discussions in the past with relationship to pregnancy, weight gain and the women always and I repeat always bring the race card into focus. Apparently to them all non Black women aren’t “thick” enough to begin with and dont work as hard as they do. Funny thing, I’ve seem some mighty tasty Black women with good careers and yet still have children. So where’s the disconnect? Your ethnicity isn’t why you gained 40lbs and can’t lose. That’s your eating habits and lack of exercising.
I do however give some credit to them not uderstanding nutrition, portion size, etc. Nonetheless information Is provided for those who wish to seek it. But pregnancy should not easily equate to losing yourself and maintaining the “baby weight” years after your child has been born. Laziness isn’t a viable excuse; not anymore. Not after I saw the 82 year old woman who workouts still, giving women half her age a run for their money.
I love her face..yea even that nose that stands out to most. But her body is not cute. she has no curves whatsoever
