MBA 05/15/2010 at 3:07 AM: I hope this book of his is successful because people tend to associate fitness with a more open mind when a celebrity is the person behind the message. He definitely went through an amazing transformation. God willing, I could release an informative book of some kind in the near future on fitness and mental awareness. Can’t have one without the other in my opinion.
