i am ready for rambo v but stallone said that there is no rambo v coming
nah, sly said he was 99% sure it won’ happen.
here’s what else he had to say:
‘I was going to do it…I said I’d never talk about this, but with I feel that with Rocky Balboa, that character came complete circle. He went home. But for Rambo to go on another adventure might be, I think, misinterpreted as a mercenary gesture and not necessary. I don’t want that to happen…I’m very happy with the last Burmese episode, because I didn’t pull any punches on it.’

Ofcourse they’ll be another Rambo, he’s back to doing action movies, look at the one he has coming out this year, it’s a gear up to show he’s not too old to do it… then BAM Rambo’s back!!!
During Cannes, the one sheet teaser was shown but it wasn’t backed or on display from Sly. There are people behind the film that wanted him on board but stated if he doesn’t want a part of it, they’ll just find someone else. The purpose of the one sheet teaser being shown at Cannes is for funding purposes. Once they receive interest and funding, the movie will happen without any input whatsoever from Sly.
Rambo – Sly = Non-Existent.
Not that one can’t be done without him in a starring role, but if he’s washing his hands clean, why even bother? You don’t see Indian Jones without Ford, Terminator without some form of Arnold influence or Mission Impossible without Cruise.
I wonder if he’s build the same. Just a thought
