The family of a slain 7-year-old Detroit girl has filed a lawsuit after a weekend raid that led to her death. The family’s attorney says police had no legitimate reason to throw a flash grenade into the home of Aiyana Jones.
The Police have to be held accountable for their actions….. SOO SAD!

I heard the film crew for First 48 was there which undoubtably had the cops worked up and trigger happy. They hit the door at the wrong house. Sad story….The cops have to be held accountable.

that child should not have died this is sooo very sad but the cops did not do things the right way I hope things get fixed but no matter what that baby is gone so,so heartbreaking
