Is this the good life of the bad life, according to the Los Angeles Times:
An arrest warrant could be issued for Lindsay Lohan on Thursday if the actress, as expected, misses a mandatory court appearance before a judge in Beverly Hills.Superior Court Judge Marsha N. Revel ordered the 23-year-old actress to be in court Thursday for a progress report on her probation for her 2007 DUI conviction.
Lohan, however, said she is stranded after she had her passport stolen at the Cannes film festival. The judge is likely to issue a bench warrant for the actress, as is standard procedure for no-shows. But the judge is likely to allow her to surrender to the court and avoid any handcuffs at the airport.
At least she’ll have a killer tan to bring out the stripes in her jail suit.
