Actually, maybe they are trying to reach the hood. An impossible task since most black, hip-hop listening Americans are stuck on ignorant and think music shouldn’t be uplifting, inspirational, or educational – it should be for the clubs.
They will sell. I rather listen to them than the poison thats on the radio which makes my ears bleed.
