Fresh from cashing the $45 million dollar settlement check he and his staff received from NBC Conan O’Brien has just sold his 7 bedroom, 8 1/2 bathroom, 3 terrace duplex apartment for $29.5 million. When the sale closes on the property which Conan actually created from combining apartments on the 17th and 18th floors it will be the second highest in Manhattan this year.
