So i ordered this stuff about 2 weeks ago. Once i placed my order i was taken to this page that told me they are out of stock and will send me an email once my order has shipped and would not charge my credit card at that time. Well they charged my card. I have not gotten any email about my order since. I have even emailed the company and asked them why they charged my credit when they said they wouldnt and when they will be back in stock. They told me they would be in stock by the 18th and they put my money back on my card and once my order ships they will let me know. it’s the 22nd today and still no email. I am sick and tired of waiting for this product. Had i known this would happen i would’ve never even bothered with this thing. Honestly, their customer service is really poor and need to step up and get their ass to moving if they want this product to be successful at all. Hopefully i’m not the only one waiting for this thing. I am already having doubts about this. If you’re considering ordering their product, i suggest you don’t unless you want to wait months to get it. thank you.
CORRECTION: It’s the 27th today and STILL no email. I’ve posted this comment on other sites as well.
