okay idk about this. its like that album is such a classic we or i would rather it not be changed at all. just sing it the way it was written and produced. but i get that might be stifling to the artist. sooo this seems to be lauryn “freeing” herself. more power to her. but i just cant get into it.

I wasn’t really feeling the arrangement either, but, who am I to complain. It’s good to see her performing, again! She had turned into hip hops groundhog for awhile there. Haha!
Now if only we could get Andre 3000 to start performing & release another album… things would be improving for the better, as far as hip hop is concerned. I think that a Lauryn/Andre 3k collabo would be amazing!
