Robert Burck AKA man who stands in New York’s Times Square playing the role of the “Naked Cowboy” has issued a cease and desist order to a 50-something former stripper who calls herself the “Naked Cowgirl”. Burck says that if the Cowgirl wants to keep using his internationally recognized brand she needs to sign a franchise agreement and agree to pay him at least $500 a month.
