Well, we’ve been killing Mel Gibson all week so now it’s Oksana’s turn. Word on the e-streets is that Mel is about to present evidence that Oksana was using the tapes to blackmail him for $10 MILLION allegedly. Which is like $10,000 considering we’re talking about Mel Gibson. Making her case even more suspicious law enforcement sources have allegedly told TMZ that Oksana has no record of physical damage that would occur if someone punched you in the mouth and knocked out your teeth as one of the tape claims. Some are saying the injuries could have been self inflicted. Did somebody doctor the tapes!?!
This is about to get super ugly…but either way Mel loses.

If the tapes are edited at all they won’t be admissible in court.
