LeBron James Will Call This $50 Million Dollar Mansion Home In MIAMI!

by admin on 07/19/2010 · 21 comments

Check out some shots of the new $50 Million dollar home that LeBron James will come home to now that he is playing with the Miami Heat.  The home located in the swanky Coral Gables neighborhood was once owned by Heat coach Pat Riley.  With his 6-year, $110 Million dollar deal, he should be able to keep up with the payments.  LOL!

So he spends half of what hes going to make on a house? he’s a fool what is the purpose of having a house that big? does he realize how much its going to cost to keep up with it a month? plus taxes! just because you have money comming out ya ass doesnt mean spend it like a dumb ass! a nice 10 mil or maybe even 15 would have been nice! but 50? Yess i know a house is a great investment but hes going to be wasting alot of money keeping up with it! this place gotta be a mill in taxes plus 300-500k a month to keep up with!

This is not a good look. I’m not trying to hate, but in a business sense, this is not a sound investment.

People, 50 milli is not HALF his money. I am sure he has about that much in the bank ALREADY! Plus the 110 he will be getting over 6 years plus the endorsement which over 6 years will no doubt surpass his salary. Come on.

Thats whats wrong with black people today, we get so caught up in the lifestyle and trying to have the best of everything that we lose sight of the fact that when ur blessed to have that kind of money its not given you to just piss away on a 50 million dollar house. Like, why would spend that kind of money on a house that you are never going to sell…Phuckin idiot…

like what was already said he may have the money to spend on this house! but keeping up with it is going to be crazy! it def cost prob over a million in taxes a year plus monthly keep ups. thats a waste of so much money!

Though I’m sure he’ll get some wild pad down in Coral Gables or wherever, this story isn’t true.

/cbs4.com/heat/lebron.james.home.2.1812831.html

MIAMI (CBS4) ― Residents in Coral Gables shouldn’tprepare the LeBron James welcome home gala just yet. Over the weekend, Life & Style Magazine reported that James was buying a $49.5 million mansion in the Gables. The only problem is the story wasn’t true.

In the report, James was said to be purchasing the $49.5 million, 20,000 square foot mansion home at Casuarina Concourse. The report said the home belonged to the owner of Potamkin Auto Gallery and said Pat Riley, called it home at one time.

However, CBS4 contacted Potamkin who said the story is absolutely not true. Potamkin said LeBron had never been to the home, never put an offer on the home, and that the home was taken off the market 3 months ago.

Potamkin also said Pat Riley had never lived at the home in question. He said Riley’s hose is in the neighborhood, but Riley never owned the home.

Potamkin’s attorney, Kendall Coffey, is getting involved with the situation due to the hubbub that started to explode after the Life & Style story.

Thanks for the clear up ONTHEREAL. Folks trying to do the math of someone else’s pockets and just clueless on the facts.

I guess that is that. But the house could have been purchased in someone else’s name, in order to keep the deal private.

Also, with any house that he may live in, he may lease or rent the home, instead of buying it outright.

AND, if you haven’t been to Coral Gables, you seriously need to visit. It’s a half hour from Miami so you can actually rest and relax, and not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of a big city.
