After a celebrity golf tournament in Nevada…. reporters asked NBA legend Michael Jordan what he thought about LeBron James’ decision to go to the Miami Heat. Check out the video above where Jordan says – “There’s no way, with hindsight, I would’ve ever called up Larry [Bird], called up Magic [Johnson] and said, ‘Hey, look, let’s get together and play on one team.”

Do you agree with his comments?

The way that I see it, he wouldn’t have needed to do that. He already had Pipen and a few other good players on his team, and was still able to shine himself. He was able to play with good players every game and still be #1. He didn’t need to play on the same team as Bird and Magic, it was more challenging for him to play against them. LeBron is doing what he feels is right for him. I love some Jordan, but who is he to tell LeBron what he should or shouldn’t do? Let the man live his life.

Based on the video he is not telling Lebron what to do or what he should have done. Jordan is basically stating his opinion as a player.

Better he stayed in Cleveland and been THE MAN by beating the other dudes. Jordan wouldn’t have made that move and neither with Kobe. King James wanted help to win; now if they will win this time around is another thing. Lakerz still the team to beat.

Yes i do, lebron is just a guy who wants the fame so he keeps chasing for it, but MJ was in his year a legend who didn’t need to be in a team with other 3 good player in order to gain the fame and win the tittle. With that said Lebron is not a real pro basketball player he just a chuck who desperately wants to win and not to play great for the team you love no matter who’s in it

Yeah, but Jordan didn’t START w/Pipen and the rest of the cast. His rookie year w/Chi they were booty.

I don’t really care one way or the other…but was it 7 years before Pippen came along? Just asking because it seems that you may have be working on a point, but left out certain details that aid in the comparison…

Pippen was a big part of the Bulls run but don’t forget that Jordan also had Grant, Rodman and Phil Jackson…just to name a few of the people that help him get those rings! Oh, and by the way, Toni Kukoc use to show out when he was in a Bulls uniform!

every team had stars on them that were championship material. look at the rosters on each championship team they had two plus quality stars. jordan had stars plus role players that played their part. what has lebron had besides himself……….. don’t worry I’ll wait

For the peeps that are staying on topic lol wouldn’t you agree that Jordan help some of his teammates (Pippen, Kukoc, Rodman) develop. Honestly because Jordan use to bust like 40 points a game. Also, after Jordan left but Pippen everybody else was booty. So if anything you can’t knock Jordan. Jordan helped alot of players improve their game.

@Jamar I am a huge Jordan fan, but your facts are off. When Jordan left the Bulls they actually made it to the semi conference finals againist the Knicks, they lost in 7 games to the knicks who went on to play the rockets in the finals…..on that bulls team Pippen, BJ armstrong, and Horace grant were all all stars that year and tony kuckoc was a rookie sensation that year
