lol @ XXL making this video so dramatic. Why? Shyne was just an average NY rapper before he ended up in jail over doing something ridiculously stupid, whether the club incident was Diddy’s fault or not & whether Diddy left him for dead or not with the lawyer situation/not looking after him.
And this dude is really losing his voice. He’s really gotta stop with that annoying wannabe 50 Cent drawl because it only makes him sound worse.
Oh yea, and it’s obvious the barbers in Belize are terrible…

i can see where the commentary comes from. remember that shyne’s first album was crack.. a definite sleeper and almost a classic on the low. everything after was “ehhh”. i think we can all agree that its tough to properly put together a good package and promo it properly while behind bars.. (wayne, prodigy).
despite all of this.. the visual is dope, who ever is handling his marketing is on the right track, and don’t be surprised if he drops a heat rock. his flow is actually better now than when he first got released months ago. i have faith in him.. he’s the same dude that penned one of my favorite bars ever – “thank nicky barnes for fuckin my moms, lettin’ the condom pop, nigga i was born in a drop”
