Salt starring Angelina Jolie opened pretty strong at #2 at this weekends box-office on sales of $36.5 Million – but it couldn’t knock Inception starring Leonardo DiCaprio from the top slot since it raked in another $43.5 Million its second week in theaters.

Salt looks corny. It looks like another movie that follows blockbuster formula, with very little art and any good cinematography. Movies like music has gone down the drain.
Watch it first before you comment sweety, because SALT was an excellent movie!! A. Jolie totally killed her performance in this film and it was truly an enjoyment to watch from start to finish.

Salt was pretty good. Not as good as Inception, which I’ve seen twice. It’s worth checking out though. The movies this summer have been kind of weak for the most part. The aforementioned films have made things a little better though. I’m looking forward to “Wallstreet” and “The Other Guys”.
i agree. i saw salt then inception again right after. inception offers so much more but salt is great still.
Salt was really good… non-stop action from start to finish.
Salt was not good, it wasn’t bad… but it wasn’t good! It had alot of stupid action… You expect me to believe that she was able to beat an entire Russian mob, The CIA FBI local and state police plus the secret service… but she couldn’t beat up a couple of tiny chubby chinese guys that were holding her captive? C’mon Son!!! The movie was really bad in comparision to Inception to pretty good when compared to Day and Knight!!! I think Tom Cruise might be finished… he should never do any movie except Mission Impossible!!!
I would’ve gone to see Salt but I’m tired of Angelina. The media has really made me dislike her. And I’m also not interested in another super hero action flick starring a frail white woman.

I saw both Inception and Salt. Inception was a thinker and extremely interesting with lots of twists and very good effects. The only downfall for me was that it was 2hr28min long. Salt, however was only 1hr38min long and action packed for the whole time, and also had great twists. It reminded me of Bourne Identity, (but better) with a woman lead role. Both are “must see’s” but I definitely liked Salt better.
