WOW! salty isnt she….lmaooo
complaining about loud music.. umm it was his show and he was 22 years old what do u expect? she was a grown wowmen and everything RIGHT! why wasnt that her show why wasnt he working for her?.. cause she dont gotta like that and still dont since the show ended! shes mad cause the show did great even without her! after all these years she still talking that nonsense
That Bitch is a hater…. now Will Smith is 38 and she’s unemployed and he’s the biggest thing in Hollywood!!! Maybe you should have danced in his room, a lap dance, gave him a blow job and thanked him for letting you work while pregnant you ungrateful whore… look at you now bad mouthing one of the top black men in hollywood, just like a crab in a barrel!!! LMAO TV One is your outlet!!! And not even TVOne it’s TVone online you dumb bitch!!! LMAOOOOOO
why don’t you tell us how you REALLY feel.
wow
She seems like she is very hard to work with. Wats the harm in listening to music, she took herself wayyyy too seriously n by coming on this show n showing everybody wat a bitch she is, she’s never going to get anymore work
She may be telling the truth and really have a reason to be upset. But she’s going about this entirely wrong. If she wanted to vent her frustrations then she should’ve written a tell all book about the show and at the very least gotten some sort of check for her story. Cause something tells me that her services are not in high demand and future checks may be far n few between.
if I’m not mistaken, she does have a book about it…smh. I watched the TVOne episode about this, and they spent more about her life BEFORE Fresh Prince than they did AFTER. even with that, it seems that she might have given too much. I’m not really interested in the story now.
she got a whole lot to say but its funny how shes been off that show now for over a decade and she has yet to do anything in her career better than that role
I feel her pain, but what do you expect from a 22 year-old, hip-hop artist?!? He was probably overly jovial, and she seems to take hersel WAY serious. I’m sure she had the “I went to Juliard; I am classically trained; You haven’t paid your dues” type of attitude. As much as I loved her playing the role, she was not the star. It looks like she may still have that attitude about the whole thing.
This clip didn’t show that she actually tried to hold out during her contract negotiations, and stop production of the set. That’s when they replaced her. She thought that she was a big enough character that they wouldn’t do EXACTLY what they did. #fail
I agree! And after all of these years she seems bitter. I haven’t even seen her in anything news worthy since that role she had in the Fresh Prince Of Belair!
“If you want me to kiss you’re ass, you have to put it in my contract!” – Janet Hubbard
classic
i get her beef. She is theater trained where ego’s are left outside. It’s a different work environment.
She should have just smiled and blew him.
Mel knows best
shoutouts aunt viv…the original and still the best
I agree with most of the comments here… she took herself WAY TOO SERIOUSLY & Will S. was the damn star! Black actresses didn’t get work like that & still don’t, she should have stuck with that job, SMDH
So, the “take away” from this is that she isn’t above Ass-Kissing — just as long as it’s listed within the terms of her contract.
