In Driver Facing $1 MILLION Dollar Speeding Ticket News…

by admin on 08/17/2010 · 2 comments

You may not know this but in Sweden if you are caught speeding the fine is determined by factoring in your speed and income, so being a millionaire and getting caught going 190 mph probably isn’t a good idea.  But that’s just what happened to a 37 year old who was stopped in his $290,000 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG by police who have been trying to catch him for weeks and hit with a whopping $990,000 dollar fine in addition to getting his car taken.

“I think the speedometer on the car, which is new, is faulty,” the driver told police after he was stopped.

He can’t be living like this for the rest of his life……

Sorry to correct you guys but it was a Swedish dude how was caught in $witzerland, the fine it’s gonna be around 1 million $wiss francs. He was doing’ 295 km/h, the max. legal speed on the highway is 120 km/h; @ 155 they take your license, I just wonder why he didn’t wait until he was in Germany = Autobahn =no speed limit.
