What happened in Vegas just made the world wide web. Paris Hilton was arrested on the Las Vegas strip on Friday night after cops smelled marijuana coming from the black Escalade her boyfriend of the night, nightclub mogul Cy Waits was driving and stopped the vehicle only to find a small amount of cocaine in her purse. According to the news report:
Hilton was arrested on suspicion of felony cocaine possession. Waits, 34, was arrested on misdemeanor suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Both were booked into the Clark County jail, where Martin said Hilton was released without bail about 2:45 a.m. Saturday. If convicted of the low-grade felony, Hilton would get probation. Any violation of probation would be punishable by one to four years in Nevada state prison.

I hope no one is shocked about this news. Headline news would be that she read a book or even a newspaper. You can’t be a young, attractive, woman with fame without cocaine!

She will only get another slap on the wrist, because, she is white, rich enough to afford the best defense attorneys, she’s white & she’s semi-famous; plus, cocaine possession laws are much more lenient than crack cocaine laws. Oh, and she’s white. She’ll be fine.
