An unidentified person is suing the entire cast of the hit reality show, 495 Productions, MTV and Viacom after she says she was pushed to the ground by the gang’s security while arguing with Snooki. According the news report:

Using the initials ‘J.P.’, the claimant is accusing the show’s security guards of throwing her on the ground while she was having a heated altercation with Snooki, according to RadarOnline. The alleged incident took place last September on the same night that Ronnie was arrested for knocking a man unconscious. The man he attacked – Stephen Ortiz – is also suing MTV.

Snooki and castmate JWoww are also being sued by a Chicago woman for allegedly assaulting her at a Miami nightclub in May. According to the New York Post, Carrie Malec is accusing the two girls of assaulting her on the dance floor at Tanta nightclub, after Malec approached the show’s male cast members. Malec is seeking $75,000 in damages and insists MTV and Viacom are ‘profiting from criminal activity of its employees’ on the show.
