Not too bad, if you pretend that Justin Beiber’s voice is a girl then the song is alright.

this is dope!
both got hot verses, JB will give it that mainstream appeal…could be another mariah carey and ODB joint!

From what I understand, the idea to even create this song was Justin Beiber’s. So, he deserves credit for that, in my opinion. He’s introducing an brand new audience to Raekwon & possibly re-introducing them back to Kanye; after the whole Taylor Swift thing. So, again, he deserves points for that. Beyond that, the song was cool. If I heard it blended with some other songs, on a DJ’s mix show, I’d rock with it. I just wouldn’t be caught blasting it out of my speakers. But, overall, it’s a solid record. I can’t even front.

its actually pretty nice. Justin worked it out even though its hard to sing on hard core rap beats. I guess if you add some piano keys and such softens it up… would have been nice to hear ghostface on this with/without Justin

Justin Beiber is a douchebag, and Ye and Rae you do realize you made a mistake here right?

let me tell you why this happened… because they could. got caught up in the mainstream marketability, not so much the hardcore following popular opinion polls obviously… this is just one lane yet to be tapped by either artist and their obviously focusing on dollar signs over hip-hop gangsta cred. many may disagree, including myself, but if they feel the need to expand their reach in order to line their pockets… hey, I’m not paying their bills at the end of the day. This is how they earn a living… this is what is meant by hip-hop is dead… their is little loyalty left, it isn’t about street cred so much any more, it’s a popularity contest. Their Lambo and lunch invite from Lady GaGa is much more important whether or not you think their music is hood enough.

That being said, this song is mad gay. and I’m highly upset they took the liquid swords joint to shit on like this. JB sounds like what my daughter listens to on the disney channel or some shit. this shit is like listening to 2 different songs mixed together by some 45 year old wedding DJ at a bar mitzvah. with all due respect to Wu.

and this is NOTHING like ODB and MC… that nicca rolling over on this bs.

Allow me to preface what I’m about to say, by saying that I respect your opinion.

However, I believe that music is (1) entertainment and (2) business. Most of these guys aren’t living the lifestyles that they rap about, therefore street cred is a mute point. It’s only entertainment, most of the time. Nobody expects Governor Arnold to be running around busting his guns, saying; “I’ll be back”. Do they? I surely don’t. Though, he is gangsta.

Secondly, it’s a business transaction. Like you said, at the end of the day, people have got to be paid. And trust me, if nobody else is getting paid, those in charge of the music industry are most definitely getting paid. The top 20 highest paid rappers are getting peanuts compared to what the label Owners, Presidents, CEOs are getting paid, belie’ dat.

Who/what is this record hurting, besides your sense of nostalgia? It’s a new day. If Raekwon isn’t offended by it, then why should we be upset? ODB, Meth & Ghost have all done gimmicky/commercial/pop records, so why shouldn’t he profit from his hard work and expand his fanbase, too?

To paraphrase Jigga; “If you want to hear his old records, then go buy his old albums.”

To everyone that disliked this track: Allow me to pose this question to you; if it were a young Michael Jackson sample or a random female artist singing the hook, would you still feel this same way about this song as you do right now?

Man, How do you go from Wu-Tang Clan aint nothing to fuck with to Runaway love with Justin Bieber.smh…. i guess the O.Js were right. “Money, Money, Money”. By the way the people who DO NOT have a problem with this song obviousely werent around during the wu movement of the 90′s so you guys couldnt care less. but the ones that remember how it was we’re in serious pain over this one. KANYE KILLED HIP HOP

this is the gayest thing rae has ever been on. obviously his verses sound good…his flow is ridiculous, so he will always sound nasty, but the lyrics are horrible, and i dont care what anyone says, you know that aint the real rae. and bieber and faggot kanye always suck dick anyway, so the track is straight up garbage…just a shame that rae had to be a part of this, but ill always love that nigga regardless
