Put your hands on the floor and think about raising the roof on the floor. Some really good one liners, good stuff!

This is funny because it’s an Asian person saying it…if it was a white person I would be slightly offended hahaha

Some of this was borderline racist… but, at the end of the video, she has a photo of herself & a black dude together; cheesing as if they had won the lotto. So, I assume that’s her man. Hell, I wouldn’t even mind bangin’ her out a time or two. So, no harm, no foul, I suppose. *shrugs* It was funny to me.

have to weigh-in here… dude, if you felt her act was “borderline racist” it shouldn’t matter if her bf was black or not. for all we know, that could’ve been her friend, acting coach, etc.

how many times have you heard someone say some sideways racist mess, and they always come back w/ “i have plenty black friends” or “my best friend is spanish, etc.”?

although i didn’t find the vid racist at all, i wouldn’t change my opinion on the piece based solely off of the actresses affiliation w/ the targeted race. that would be ignorant. (i.e howard stern and robin – he doesn’t get a pass because of robin)

@ twss — I see your point. Perhaps saying that it were “borderline racist” was a bit harsh. Stereotypical would have been more like it; ie: “KFC” pose, “Raise The Roof”, the African/Lion King music at the end of the video.

Though, It doesn’t state her affiliation with the black fellow, my assumption is that it’s her man, as I stated before… but, it could have very well been a friend, acting coach, etc… so, again, point taken.

I do have a sense of humor, so I wasn’t completely offended by her skit. I see the humor in it. I just think that adversely, if it had been a black person making fun of Asian stereotypes, some people would cry foul. That was my point.

But, at the end of the day, who cares? We’ll all forget about it & move on. Life goes on.
