In a new interview with Digital Spy to promote her new movie Burlesque – Christina Aguilera spoke openly about her latest album Bionic and being 100% happy with the creative process behind the record.
“The creative process that involved Bionic is over, I did what I wanted to do and I’m satisfied with it. If the album sells or if the songs are a hit, I don’t care and I don’t need to know it, I did my part and I gave 100% while I was doing it, and I’m proud of this work.”

Bish lying! Love Xtina, but I’m sure she’s feeling the pinch on this one! The record co is gonna start calling the shots after this dud & she won’t be able to flex her creative muscles anymore. :/ So she’ll be sounding like everyone else out there, SMDH
You did what you wanted with this album…which is exactly what others are doing right now, but not nearly as entertaining.
The pain & bitterness in her quote is clear as day. Take your “L” & keep it moving.
That’s all you can really say when your album isn’t doing well. I mean what else can you say? I guess you can use the usual cliche “the economy” lol! Xtina you still one of the baddest..

This is great she did’nt shy away from it. Her album is really good, just the wrong song to start the album off with. She’s gravy. The label won’t call anything. How many artist release albums that don’t do so well only to turn around and have a huge hit right there after. Xtina is pure talent she’s good.
I agree, her new album is very entertaining and my number 1 favorite album of all her albums so far. I love Xtita!
Just like J-lo, Faith Evans, Toni Braxton, and countless others I think Xtina is finished. She’s a great artist but there’s just no connection between her and todays audience. Her prime has passed and she should bow out gracefully and not embarrass herself by trying to fit in.
She always came off as a stuck up bitch to me. when she made comments about not knowing if lady gaga was a man or female when she first came out shows she a jealous bitch, I hope she never sales and climbs back in a hole wit her ugly husband!
@Unfortunately u are way out of touch Christina is young, she’ll be good one album does’nt define u. Just because her album did’nt sell well it does’nt mean that she’s done, thats just plain foolish. There are other hits on her album that should have been released.

BIONIC is a amazing album Christina Aguilera will alwayz be an amazing artist I love lady GAGA jus like the next fan but you all still have to remember XTINA done it first with STRIPPED and I hate that u bitches even have the nerve to compare the two gaga has the popularity but XTINA has the talent and that talent gives her the longevity-as soon as gaga dnt meet da expectations of bad romance n telephone lets see what would be y’all next move
