We’re not sure what to think about these Skyrider airplane seats which seat travelers closer together and would come with a cheaper ticket price. The chairs are designed for flights that are no longer than 3 hours, but it sure does look uncomfortable. The idea is being shopped next week at the Aircraft Interiors Expo Americas.

Wow, that looks uncomfortable as hell. Even for 1hour. As if the current seating isn’t already packing us in those planes like sardines with no leg room and no reclining room. The seat looks like something on a roller coaster. I see customer service is being completely thrown out the window in the US. Exactly how much cheaper will the tickets be?
I wouldn’t sit in that ass raper for 3 minutes!!! I’m not getting molested and strip searched at security, then dealing with pissy stewardess then being squeezed into that contraption and then PAY THEM for that!!!
Heck naw!!! My flat butt will slide right out of those seats. If they do that I’m going to start riding Amtrak and driving my car for my travel needs. They can implement if they want to – this frequent flyer declines!!!
and if you can squeeze yourself into the overhead compartment, we’ll reduce your ticket price even more!!!
Holy shit this is killer nuts seats and damn look how fucken close the back seats are. im 6’0 feet tall and no fucken way i could sit there for 3 hours feeling all comfortable i need to stretch my legs and shit. and what if yo usit next to the windows? its looks like there will be no way for you to get out and use a bathroom worse case scenario what if u have Diarrhea? i guess you just have to go on your seat LULZ
same here! i have some damn legs to put somewhere too, i cant even deal with the seats they have now. not to mention when somebody has to get out to tha bathroom, its difficult, with that crap it would be impossible. acceptable only if the ticket prize would be like 20$
Shit, if the tickets are cheap enough I’ll ride in these seats. I’m also lean, athletic, and able to fit comfortably in most spaces.
