Lindsay Lohan was back in court today after she failed two drug tests after cocaine and Adderall was found in her system. And it looks like judge Elden Fox will be playing hardball, she did not hear any argument from lawyers and had Lindsay handcuffed and escorted out of the courtroom with no offer of bail.
TMZ’s courthouse spies say Lindsay could be in jail until late October….ouch!
UPDATE: She was allowed to post bail. $300,000…….this should be interesting.
