Love the fact she gets people talking but not in a good way. I haven’t heard anything from her that would make me want to buy her album, I loved her mix tape tho I guess she is going for a more pop audience this time which makes since money wise but what about us real rap fans? Ur losing me..
Thats the compromise alot of these artists make, they can’t find a middle ground between artistry, and money, so they go for either or sometimes, and it does’nt fair to well. She’s trying to zoom into the Pop world already, and in turn nothing she’s released has had enough substance. It’s like between all of the characters, the styling, clothing, and her talking, it’s all become a bit much, herself included.
i think she cant win for losing….becus if she was doing something that all these other female rappers are doing she would be considered the common rapper…i love nikki and her style…Do i think its different? ummm yea…but i think she’s unique and to b honest no other female rapper can touch her right now…UNTIL KIM COMES OUT WITH HER ALBUM…LOL
