smh, i’d give them no pub if i were him. they clowns but i guess yezzy is above it all.

Kanye aint a negro. He is beyond colour. People of colour tend to stick to stereotypes. Great people are above skin colour and how they are “supposed” to act.

@bdcool – “People of colour tend to stick to sterotypes.” YET the media perpetuates stereotypes all day, every day and people of color tend to stick to sterotypes? gtfoh… And nobody should ever be “above” skin color because once you over look a person’s skin color, you’re over looking their culture, their struggle, their soul, their experiences, etc., etc., etc…. It’s okay to SEE skin color…that’s apart of our uniqueness….

You are right. But my comments may have been distorted to fit your response. He transcends colour and cultures. He raps about things that only white people may experience. He raps about things only wblack people may experience. He sings about things we all feel. He feels things everyone can relate to.

His experiences as a person of the world rather than a black person of Chicago makes him what he is. Thats why a lot of artist stop. Eminem doesnt rap relvant anymore neither does 50cent. Kanye is almost like MJ in that sense.

Well said and I completely understand & respect what you’re saying, however, I can’t understand how a black man in America can rap about things that ONLY white people may experience….sounds a bit oxymoronic. Nevertheless, I do agree that he says things that we all feel & can relate to. However, I feel that being a black man from Chicago has made him all he is (because he talks about it all the time) but his worldly experiences have definitely expanded his worldview. Take any poor kid, regardless of race, and let them experience the world and they too become a “person of the world.”

Bout time Teyana Taylor actually does something. lol @ anybody signing to Pharrell’s record label.

Song has a great melody, but i’m also surprised Kanye worked with Cam & Jim. I wonder how Jay-Z feels about it, and I wonder if Cam/Jim apologized or some shit.
