According to multiple sources Halle Berry has been selected by Aretha Franklin to play a role (an adult Aretha) in a new biopic on the Queen of Soul’s life. The script will be lifted from her autobiography – Aretha: From These Roots published in 1999 and has been in the works for some time. Do you think Halle will make a good Aretha?
