The reporter in the video Serene Branson has been taken to the hospital after being unable to pronounce any of her words which is often a stroke symptom. Get well soon, this is crazy!

middle cerebral stroke to brocas area will cause this kind of aphasia. Hopefully its transient. She was able to follow the cue, knowing when to start speaking, so the lesion is pretty localized.
