Fresh from directing the well received Sherlock Holmes movie last year, we hear that Warner Bros. is offering Guy Ritchie a shot at directing the movie Xerxes, which serves as the prequel to the the highly popular war movie 300.  Think he would do a good job?

Word. Zack Snyder needs to direct that. I thought he was going to, according to IMDb.

I loved Guy Ritchie’s work with Sherlock…but Zack already got it started with 300. He needs to finish it.

Can’t wait to check out Sucker Punch next month, by the way.

Interesting. But they should keep the original director!
