Nas & Rae? Refreshing as a tall glass of sparkling FIJI wit’ a lemon slice floating on top of nitrogen ice cubes on a breezy Ibiza rooftop in late May. Long Live THIS sound in Hip-Hop.

this is what I missed ….Real Music with REAL MC’s……thought provoking words over a MURDEROUS Beat ……this ish is extra hard ….for me …..the 80′s and 90′s hip hop sound is what is missing today…. Drop that Album Rae so I can get 3 copies 1 for the house , Car and the last one to keep wrapped as a CLASSIC !

this would be relevant if it were 1997.

If it were relevant to 1997 it would be as good as the music was back then… it is not, so is therefore relevant to the present where rap music sucks.

Come on Aleis…they both went in. I’m actually feeling this track. It was good hip hop in every sense of the word.

I kind of see what you’re saying about Nas, but not on this track. His bars were solid, as were Raekwons and the beat. I give Nas a pass though. He’s really getting worked over by Kelis. Not only did shawtie take him to the cleaners, but she order heavy starch…left the homie with an irremovable crease ya dig!

On Nas’s next album, I think he is going to get a lot off his chest and in doing so produce a classic.
