How Will You Be Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day?

by admin on 03/17/2011 · 4 comments

It’s St. Patrick’s Day… and if you’re in the New York City area, here is some info on the yearly parade.

This year’s St. Patrick’s Day parade will be shorter than previous ones – but no less festive – as the smilin’ Irish march up Fifth Ave. Thursday.

The parade begins at 11 a.m. at 44th St. and ends at 79th, instead of the usual 86th St. because of a citywide cost-cutting move to trim all parade routes.

For those who can’t make it to Fifth Ave., the parade will be broadcast on WNBC-TV.

Enjoy and have a beer on us!

OMG!!!!! My mother and I discussed this earlier today, black history month was almost non-existent last month. Then I go out to lunch and see all these dumb ass black people at the parade playing their coolish parts in their green garb and festive hats. I was so disgusted.
