Gay? There’s An App For That!

by admin on 03/21/2011 · 2 comments

A new app only available in Britain now created by Christian ministry Exodus has many crying foul over its claims it can help cure homosexuality.  The Exodus International app which has received many negative comments on the Apple iTunes store claims it teaches gay people have a choice about their sexuality and gives them ‘freedom from homosexuality through the power of Jesus’.

“Apple doesn’t allow racist or anti-Semitic apps in its app store, yet it gives the green light to an app targeting vulnerable LGBT youth with the message that their sexual orientation is a “sin that will make your heart sick” and a “counterfeit”.   This is a double standard that has the potential for devastating consequences. Apple needs to be told, loud and clear, that this is unacceptable,” said activist group Change.org in a statement.

Think Apple should ban the app?

well… the bible is pretty clear on the issue. ban this app, and you should ban all other religion oriented apps as well. but this is apple we’re talking about here… home of artists, vick haters and tree huggers… so you homos need not get your panties in a bunch, this app will never see the light of your i-device.
