Rapper Lil Wayne has re-listed the 15,000 square foot 9-bedroom, 9-bathroom, two floor master bedroom, floor to ceiling window, elevator having super player pad that he purchased just last year for $14 million for a mere $12.9, below the market value. Rumors are swirling that Weezy is selling the home to pay back the $5.6 M’s he owes Uncle Sam, but we hope it hasn’t come to this….he had a GREAT 2010.

it’s really nice actually.
i didn’t know he had tax problems. if he’s indeed liquidating to take care of his tax burden he’ll be lucky to get 10 million for this place.
desperation = no leverage
moral of the story: uncle sam will swerve on you if you don’t have his money
wow,
Hip Hip saved ya life huh, weezy!
crazy crib, real mac.
I don’t think dude is struggling so hard that he can’t pay $6.5m to the pesky feds.
if you like the smell of weed buy his mansion
don’t get me wrong this place is hella nice and wayyyy more than I’ll ever see in my lifetime, but for little Wayne being an ‘artist’ the house seems pretty boring. I suppose that’s what you want if you’re trying to sell it but not a lot of personality to it.
clean lines > clutter
One year in jail can fu*k your pockets up thats why he is pushing this wack tour
What happened to baby’s money? I though he was a billionaire and can’t spare 5 mils to his money making so called son?
I could’ve sworn Baby said Weezy money was longer than Jay’s so whats the deal? Baby has took from everyone around him, I’m sure he’s getting the lil homie too! Juvie,Mannie and TQ sued hid ass and won so….
I’m pretty sure Wayne basically signed a lifetime contract with Baby, and doesn’t see nearly as much money as he should throughout the entire deal.
And I would also bet that Baby won’t be saving Wayne from the tax turmoil he’s in.
And expect this tax shit to happen many more times with entertainers, despite how many millions they have. NOBODY is safe…unless you pay big money for a good accountant or 2.
