And the tablet war just got nasty! On Friday Apple filed a suit against Samsung Electronics claiming that their Galaxy line of phones and tablets stole the look, product design, packaging and interface of their products. Reports the WSJ:
“Rather than innovate and develop its own technology and a unique Samsung style for its smart phone products and computer tablets, Samsung chose to copy Apple’s technology, user interface and innovative style in these infringing products,” Apple said in its 38-page suit, which showed side-by-side comparisons of its iPhone 3GS model, released in June 2009, and Galaxy S i9000 model, released in March 2010. Apple also showed photos and images that pointed out similarities in the two companies’ packaging and icons for applications such as music, phone, texting, and contacts.

lo Apple getting scared because the new Galaxy Tab is better than the iPad 2. They shouldn’t forget that Samsung is producing their stuff…
What Apple dont have enough money? that they need to sue Samsung. Theres dominating the market, and just being plain hostile. Thats Hostile.

If you look at the samsung omnia original, it looks like the iphone 4. the omnia came out 3 or 4 years ago. apple is reaching! it must hurt to have android eat your lunch then keep farting and shitting.

I bet Samsung is cheaper Too…….I bought a windows phone and I have no complaints ….Apple is overpriced …..that’s why AT&T is basically giving away iPhones now….and yes I know technology changes and gets better about every 6 months …but I will not overpay for something when I can get something just as good from someone else for less.
